Paint Guard is a single‑component, lab‑tested admixture made from a scientific blend of Styrene Acrylic Co‑polymer and selected fillers. It delivers excellent adhesion and strong water resistance, making it ideal for use in water‑based paints & textures.
Key Features & Benefits
- Composition : Styrene Acrylic Co‑polymer with fillers, scientifically formulated.
- Application: Mix 200 ml per kg/litre of water‑based paint or texture.
- Usage: Works as paint & primer admixture.
- Physical properties:
– Solid content: 46 % – 48 %.
– Viscosity @ 30 °C: 0.5 – 10 poises (Brookfield RVT SPL 2, 20 RPM).
– pH: 9.5 – 11.
– Appearance: Milky White Emulsion, clear transparent & slightly tacky. - Performance: Enhances adhesion, water resistance & durability; slightly increases drying time of the admixture.
